SmartLab App terms & conditions for Users 

OVERVIEW

This Terms of Use constitutes a binding agreement between SmartLab and the user, with respect to all information, data, graphics, content, software applications, and other SmartLab products and services provided, facilitated, or otherwise made accessible on the website/App.

All text, graphics, images, and other materials on SmartLab Site/App are for informational purposes only. The Site/App does not provide medical or health care advice, nor is it intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you have regarding a medical or health condition.

 

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

 

SmartLab does not provide, facilitate, or arrange any service that addresses or assists with medical emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 997 immediately.

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

 

SmartLab site/App is directed to individuals 18 or over. you may not use the site or service except as permitted by law.  If you are an emancipated minor over the age of 13, you may only use our Services if such use has been approved of by your parent or legal guardian.

 

 

 

SECURITY

SmartLab takes such commercially reasonable measures as it deems appropriate to secure and protect information transmitted to and from the Site. Nevertheless, we cannot and do not guarantee that any such transmissions are or will be totally secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information about you, including any username and any password used in connection with your use of the Site. SmartLab will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorized use of your username or password.

 

VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY

Users Enrollment is contingent on verification of users identity in person by requsting and varfing users official ID.

 

TERMINATION

 

you are no longer authorized to access or use the Site, if SmartLab has terminated or limited your access to the Site/App for any reason.  

 

CANCELLATION

You may cancel any time up to 60 minutes before your scheduled Visit time without being charged a cancellation fee (even if a Freelancer has already been assigned).

For cancellations made within or less than 60 minutes of Visit time, the cancellation fee will be SR 30.

 

A service charge of SR 50 will be deducted for payments if the order was placed and the freelancer starting to move in your direction.

Once samples have been collected, no refunds will be issued.

 

 

 

 

BY UTILIZING THIS SITE/APP, USER AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

 

·      User is over the age of 18 or obtained parents approval if over 13.

·      Refunds are only permitted prior to submission of specimens for testing. Within (14) days of purchase, a refund will be issued using the original payment method 

 

·      User will be asked by the App for demographic information and the nature of requests for testing services.User must be truthful, as accurate information must be provided .

 

·      Nationality must be disclosed, and our team will verify Identity be requesting users official ID.  Before the start of procedure .

 

 

 

·         If User do not hear about results in 5 business days , it is user  responsibility to notify SmartLab by calling for instructions about receiving my results. I understand that if I do not hear about my results, I can't assume the test was negative or normal.
